Dealvio ("we", "us", "our") operates the platform available at dealvio.co and app.dealvio.co. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

2. Data we collect

Account data: Email address and password when you register.

Profile data: Information you choose to add to your creator profile — name, handle, country, billing address, tax ID, platform details. All optional.

Business data: Deal information, invoices, contracts, briefs, deliverables, performance metrics and affiliate earnings that you enter into the platform. This data is yours.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration and device/browser information, collected automatically to improve the platform.

Payment data: Payments are processed by Skool. We do not store your credit card details.

3. How we use your data

To provide and operate the Dealvio platform
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, invoice reminders, trial expiry notices)
To improve the platform based on usage patterns
To respond to support requests

We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not serve advertising.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with the services required to operate the platform:

Supabase — database and file storage (EU/US infrastructure)
Skool — community platform and payment processing
Anthropic — AI features (Briefs AI Check, Negotiation Scripts, Contract Analysis). Only the specific content you submit to an AI feature is sent. No other account data is transmitted.

All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements.

5. Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If your account is deactivated (trial expired or subscription cancelled), your data is kept for 30 days before permanent deletion. You will receive an email warning before deletion occurs.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing ●●●.

6. Security

All data is stored with row-level security — no other Dealvio user can access your data. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We apply industry-standard security practices across all infrastructure.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
